2nd Line Support Engineer with good Desktop / IT Technical Support skills covering Windows, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and with some Network troubleshooting skills is required by a Media Company based in West London.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: In addition to the Desktop / IT Technical skills required (Windows, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and with some Network troubleshooting skills), Candidates should have excellent communication skills and have the ability to talk to non-technical people at all levels within the business. You should be extremely personable and be comfortable working within a less formal, media based environment.
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer that has good Desktop / IT Technical Support skills covering Windows, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and with some Network troubleshooting skills.
Working as the Desktop / 2nd Line Support Engineer you will join a small IT of 3 that supports around 280 Users based in the London office, which will involve supporting users remotely and deskside.
As a successful candidate you will have a great chance to work with a wide range of hardware and software covering Windows, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Mobile Devices (Androids, iPhones, iPads etc.), Avaya etc.
As the Desktop / 2nd Line Support Engineer you will also provide some cover for non-London based Users when needed and get involved with moves and changes.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate in a friendly and non-technical way to people at all levels within the business
- Solid Second Line Technical Support skills
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and have some Network troubleshooting skills
- MCSE or equivalent Microsoft certification or equivalent preferred, although not essential
- Excellent organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills
